The Lydian Gale Parr: A Chamber Oratorio
Now through 4/20
After seeing this show, my friend said to me: “I have no idea what happened, but I think you’d really like it.” Color me sold! My friend Jamie is the ‘James’ in Amanda + James and he’s always brewing something cool. This show describes itself as a shapeshifting, surreal chamber oratorio ballet.

Sputter Box 6th Year Annual Gala
4/19
Contemporary music trio Sputter Box has been playing together for six years omg! They bring a lightness and levity to their complex and esoteric music making.

Chamber Music! At the Black Squirrel Club
4/21
Conductor-singer-producer extraordinaire Micah Gleason is collaborating with a cool club in Philly for this chamber music concert series. This recital looks like it’ll have some premieres and other contemporary music for string quartet and mezzo-soprano.
